Hi to all. Been a ham since 02-20-2014 and loving every minute of it :) My old call was KD9AMB.  I am currently running Motorola and Kenwood  Commercial type radios for 2/70 ,and a Icom 471 70cm all mode, and a Kenwood TR751A 2 meter all mode on loan to me by my Elmer Karl W9UIJ, along with a Yaesu 450d, Kenwood 520 and a Yaesu ft 60r, Yaesu FT2, and a kenwood TK5210 hand helds. Antennas are a 7 element 2 meter beam and a 5 foot dual band vertical and a home made 2meter vertical. For HF I am using a A99 and a wire and a 5btv. Also in the works is putting up my 40 foot tower. I have to say this is a awesome hobby and the friends i have made are great. Pics below are the shack, my homemade 7 element 2 meter beam, hard to see thru the trees, but on lower roof homemade 2 meter vertical and on upper roof the A99. I am also a member of Olmiss #10003, and a Net Control Op for the North America Traffic And Awards Net (NATA Net). Also I am the ARES Ast Emergency Coordinator for Stephenson County, and a member of the ARRL, and local ARES groups. I am also a Ast Sectioms Manager for the ARRL in IL 73 everyone and God Bless.
Assistant Section Manager
The ASM may assist the Section Manager with general leadership matters as the Section Manager's understudy, or the ASM may be assigned to handle a specific important function that does not fall within the scope of the duties of the Section Manager's other assistants.
